I usually don't write bad reviews but I feel compelled given I looked over the reviews here before moving forward with JR. After signing and paying for his services for some Trademark work, JR failed to respond to my messages for several weeks at a time. Typically I had to send multiple email, call his phone, etc. Even after all of that the job wasn't done. I would say that I was quite patient. I allowed for several days to receive a response before sending follow up emails. Despite this, it seemed nearly impossible to receive any meaningful update on the work. I've had to find a new lawyer. The only 'Pro' is that JR eventually refunded me.

I needed to file a trademark application to protect my business name. JR promptly replied to my questions. The price was right, the process with him was quick and easy. I highly recommend JR for any trademark needs!

i end up with a very bad case of Carpal tunnel in 2016. The workers comp. from work denied claim saying it is not work related. I could not work due to Severe pain. Hen I called the workers comp insurance. The lady I spoke with told me to get an attorney. So I did. Law office of Bo Katezakian was my choice. JR worked very hard on my behalf. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was always available when I had a question. Even though I moved out of California. He was fighting on my behalf. It took over 2 years. I really felt that if my company did not care, I knew JR does. So if you need someone on your side JR is the one. He will stand up for you and will fight for you. He got me a great settlement and now I can work toward recovery. Thank you JR from the bottom of my heart. I am forever greatful.

After feeling weird and guilty about my injury, JR guided me through and gave me time to heal while also not financially drowning. He was very supportive and kind, returning all my calls and emails with patience and expert advise and knowledge. Very knowledgeable and connected to how the WC system works and doesn't work. I would have been lost without him. Couldn't say enough about how much I recommend him.

I had surgeries on both hands due to repetitive keyboarding at work. Even after surgery, I was on able to button buttons, zip up zippers or other mundane things to take care of myself or my family. I could not hold a knife to do chili cooking activities and constantly dropped things from pork wrap. Eventually, I learned to adjust by using my palms to hold things instead of my fingers. I was still in a lot of pain and even holding the steering wheel to go to work was very painful. Worker’s Comp. told me I was 2% affected and wanted to close my case. I was so upset at the prospect of living my life without being able to use my hands! I got desperate and decided to get a lawyer. I am so glad I found J.R.! He and his office were able to get the months of physical therapy I needed to get my hands moderately functional. It will never be like before the injury but at least now I can take care of myself and my family with adjustments and am not in constant pain. I am so grateful for all the help!

I had the pleasure of working with JR for what lasted a little over a year. He really knows his stuff!! He was very attentive, informative, and effective. He was always prepared and kept me updated. He made my experience stress free. Very educated and patient guy.. I’ll definitely call him if I ever need legal assistance!!
