This office called our business with a debt that we acknowledge. We make a payment promise after we negotiated, and the collector went personal to our HR manager. Her boss justified her actions. I know that collectors are aggressive and sometimes harsh, but this collector went personal. Bad tactics.

This law office / collection agency and its representaves have been harrassing and threatening me over a 23 year old debt that the statute of limitations was up on 19 years ago . They are simply just harrassing , threatening and annoying me and its caused a ton of stress. I am now seeking council

The California Br association requires a collections attorney to report the date a collection was made and the date the funds were distributed. Also the State directs attorneys should notify clients of receipt of funds. This firm has no communications with its clients. Avoid using this firm. Contact other firms
