I’ll admit, I was contemplating negotiating my severance on my own- because I like to be independant. However, I couldn’t be happier that I decided to retain Katherine! My employer gave me only 4 days to negotiate the terms of my separation and Katherine took my case on extremely short notice- right after a holiday. She took her time to really understand all aspects of my case and found multiple areas that my employer was in breach of. In the end, I had a much better outcome than I imagined. Katherine was respectful, quick, and completely professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process.
