Daniel is a younger estate planning attorney but has been practicing for over 8 years, so he has seen it all. I am a Financial Advisor that focuses on comprehensive financial planning and through the planning process I often identify many clients who have not obtain a proper estate plan. Living in California, it is very important that EVERY family obtains an estate plan to avoid probate at the very least and Daniel is my go to for all my clients. I have personally seen his work and feel very comfortable with the quality produced. He is very knowledgeable and responsive and above all else, has great communication with his clients as he breaks things down into "normal people" speak so that all the parties involved can stay on top of the process and understand what is going on.
