I had a ticket for jay walking on my way to catch a VTA lighrail to Cisco. Months later, Karen showed up in traffic court in the Superior Court of San Jose. She threw herself and me, who had an entire documentation of circumstances of my life at the time, at the mercy of the court. She effectively reduced what had become a $350 fine, to costs at $52.00. She is passionate when she believes in someone. She listens!!!!
