Excellent attorneys I totally recommend them

I had Rachel Margolis Chapman as my defense lawyer for a silly trespassing violation and I truly felt like she was there for my defense. She was easy to talk to and always replied promptly with any questions or concerns I had. She was very professional yet down to earth and I always felt like a valued client. With her help I was able to have a positive outcome from this ordeal. I would recommend her to anyone who faces charges and who wants a lawyer that actually cares about you and your case .

Things started out going well, but when it came to time to produce, the attorney I worked with ended up charging $2200 to research basic business law and then send me 2 forms he downloaded from atyourbusiness{dot}com and filled in the names on. How do I know where they were from, he didn’t even take the time to remove the “for more free forms, visit atyourbusiness{dot}com” footer from the files or put it on appropriate letterhead. In short, I paid $2200 for free forms and a person to do basic law research that I had already done. I expected much more from a “professional” business law attorney. I’d suggest staying away from this firm. You’d be much better served doing pretty much anything else in this instance.

Sumita worked with my wife and I to complete a living trust, will and associated documents. She was thoughtful, insightful, and supportive of us throughout the process. We worked remotely as appropriate and met when necessary, and she was quite responsive in communication. Documents were created in expeditious yet detailed fashion.

My husband and I worked with Sumita and she was great. Answered all our questions, responded quickly and made the process an enjoyable one.

I recently used Sumita Bhandari for Estate Planning and living trust. The whole process was very well organized and personalized. From the first consultation where I didn't know the meaning and purpose of "Estate Planning and living trust" to explaining the documentation once they were prepared and signing everything was smooth. She definitively made this whole thing appear easy!

We were one of those who knew the importance of Trust/Will but kept procrastinating on it. We are glad to meet Sumitha as she explained the process in layman terms and guided us on how to choose the caretakers for our kids in case of the unexpected turn of events strike.. also she helped us very much in the detailed planning of distribution of our assets and meticulously handled all aspects of the entire process! She is very knowledgeable and absolutely a delight to work with! She always responded to our questions quickly and had to meet her only 2 times to complete our trust/will to our 100% satisfaction! After debating for months (and may be years), we decided to write our Trust/Will documents. Like many of us, cost is a factor to consider but when you start the process, you realize that this level of documentation, advice and protection is worth it. One can only hope you don't have to exercise it anytime soon :) Anyway, we engaged Sumita Bhandari due to a personal reference who conducted similar business with her firm. First about the firm: Her firm has a nice pleasant office in Danville. We had to visit only twice, one for detailed discovery and next for signatures etc. Our case was not that complicated so it was an easier process. Now about our attorney Sumita: Very professional, always on time and ready to receive us. Communication was always clear and in most cases, written for no ambiguity. The initial interview questions were adequate for us and we did have ton of questions to ask. However, I have to admit that we could not stumble her ;) She had done her research based on what I had explained about family and financial situation over the phone. It took about 2 weeks for her to prepare all the documents and it was first shared securely through their portal. There were couple of small edits for her to make and we were ready for signatures soon after. Impressed by ease of process and thoroughness of the documentation. Guess that's why lawyers get paid big bucks ;) We received digital copies and binder with originals. Start to end, our case took about 3 weeks. Everyone's family and financial situation is different but this is a necessary step and having a professional guide like Sumita makes the process easier for sure. Engage someone like her who knows local/state laws vs. going online (BTW, I tried that as well 2 years ago - world of difference).
