Hanif provided consultation on my father's potential bankruptcy filing. After assessing the facts, he was honest and direct: bankruptcy wouldn't protect my father's assets against a pending civil suit. It can be difficult to find smart, ethical lawyers, and I am grateful to Hanif for providing us with his expertise (even when the result did not lead to a retainer).
