My experience with Mr. James Mendez is deserving of 5 stars. I hired Mr. Mendez expecting him to help me, be present for me when I needed it and have consideration for my budget. Mr. Mendez accepted the challenge of taking my case and he never let me down. .Mr. Mendez kept me well-advised every step of the way and always returned my calls. If I needed a couple of days to get my payment together, it was never a problem to him. Mr. Mendez always exceeded my expectations because he is a fighter and negotiator. My case was dismissed and Mr. Mendez's dealings with the other party resulted in very acceptable restitution payments. The Downey community is lucky to have an attorney like Mr. Mendez.

Tells you one thing then doesn't keep his word. Quick replys initially then after he got paid things changed for the worse. This guy is just worried about getting paid, everything costs additional fees. Lesson learned, never again. That response is false, I know what I retained you for and the only reason I got my car back was because I asked you to go against your "best" judgement of just letting the car go without trying to claim it from the tow yard. I didn't return your call 2 weeks ago because I no longer wanted your services.

I was in quick need of some advice and was reffered to Mr. Mendez. Now, I had no idea what to expect seeing this was my first time ever seeking or needing a lawyer ever.
