Choose The Law Offices of Richard Rosiak for tenant eviction. After 12 months of my tenant not paying rent and using the laws California set in place for Covid19 as an excuse, Mr Rosiak and Marylin took on my case, created a plan and got him out finally ! Its not cheap guys so go into this with this in mind. There were a couple of bumps on the road leading to the eviction but I was so happy when it was all over that I'm giving their firm 5 stars for getting the job done. Thank you

Hey the guy doesn't care what or who you are but will help you for money. I keep forgetting he is an old school grad and works with real estate, so if you have paperwork just print it out before you get there because I did not and now I have to go back with 40 sheets of statements. The guy takes a retainer but lets his paralegal handle the case, but absolutely will do the minimum required. I call him but the man ghosts me and has been over a year. I need a lien reversed but he never returns my calls. Stay Away!

It has taken longer for me to get around to posting this review than it took for the Law office of Richard Rosiak to settle a dispute between my landlord and myself. We were able to avoid lengthy and costly court issues and resolve the dispute in an agreeable manner for BOTH parties. He is straightforward with your case and the facts and keeps you updated along the way. Would HIGHLY recommend.
