I needed a lawyer with experience dealing with custody and came highly recommended from a family member. During my first consultation he answered every question and concern I had and I felt more than comfortable going with him. He handled both of my cases and got the outcome I was hoping for I was more than pleased. They were always courteous and kept me updated throughout. I was looking for a Family Law Attorney and I was referred to Mr. Rosiak. From our first meeting till our last court date, Mr. Rosiak and Marilyn were there every step of the way, guiding me and making sure I stayed positive and remained calm. Mr. Rosiak has represented me in two occasions and I/we won on both court hearings (Child Support Modification & Custody). Mr. Rosiak had previously dealt with "the commissioner" in charge of my case who was known to be difficult. It was a battle, but at the end Mr. Rosiak was able to have the court reduced my child support payment in half, and for me to have daily phone calls on the days i didn't have my son. I was referred to Richard by my moms coworker. At first he is straight forward and may seem like he isn’t really interested in the details but he is great! I grew to get to know the way he works and he really helped me and eased my stress that I had on my shoulders going into the custody and child support case with my sons father. He gives it to you straight and I thank him for that. He gives you both perspectives and allows you to see the judges point of view as well. He really fights for his clients and that is a trait you don’t find very often. My advice is to be straight forward with him from the beginning and communicate everything you find important even if you think it is irrelevant.

Don't waste your time or money

This is the cheapest and the most unclassy person you will ever meet. He frequents the restaurant where I used to work, always lingering past the closing time and tipping $2-5 on $200 tabs. Horrible, horrible person, stay away from his business.

Richard has been great. He is a great attorney. He tries to resolve your issue as fast as possible and is very conscience of the expense.

Mr Rossiack is another attorneys worst nightmare (I got this answer from 7 attorneys downtown, while they were in a circle drinking coffee, He is my personal attorney, and when we went to court, I felt bad for the opposite attorney, ( Richard Rossiack took control of the courtroom, and won my case, For those people that WIN THE CASE and after complain about the cost, I just have to say , :Grow up. and be grateful. ( by the way I recommended Him 4 times, to different persons and when I ask them how is your case going? they ALL SAY : " where did you get this guy from, He DESTROYED THE opposite attorneys, and got me $ in addition to that. I thank Richard Rossiack, and i think in real life He will run circles around Perry Mason. NOT KIDDING.
