JP was the first (after MANY) attorneys I spoke with that would have an honest, straight-forward, conversation with me about my case. After our first conversation, he presented me with in-depth opinion on my legal standing, as well as a well thought out legal strategy for action. Working under a tight deadline he was able to turn a bad situation into a victory. He was responsive: (Always same-day, usually within 1-2 hours) He was knowledgeable: Well prepared to discuss case specifics, even finding angles other attorneys had missed. He was prepared: On court-day we were ready-to-go, yet opposing council (whom had filed the RFO) had to ask for more time. In the end I got what I wanted, with little sacrifice.
