I highly recommend Roland Tiemann, he is an awesome attorney!! If you want someone who's understanding, easy to talk to, and determined to get you the best possible results for your situation, then I would pick him!! I was looking at a violation of probation for missing my turn in date in Yolo County. I did have a medical excuse but learned from a previous case in Sacramento County that medical excuse or not usually they don't pay attention or care to listen. I didn't have to appear at one court date and Mr. Tiemann was able to get my VOP dismissed and have my original 8 days/alternative sentencing reinstated!! I couldn't have asked for anything more!! I am extremely happy with the outcome and I will never go thru any other attorney!! He's #1!! Amy

I made the unfortunate decision to drive home after a photo gig in Reno during New Years and blew over and faced a DUI. Roland and his office made navigating this experience much easier to handle and deal with. Roland and his associates were quick to respond to questions and helped to lead me not only through the process of dealing with the DUI but also in the process of expunging the DUI from my record. Roland is a reliable and communicative attorney. I can't explain to you how grateful we are for his help. We hired him through a paralegal team (suggest to not do this, go to him directly!) and even if the rest of team was among the worst I've known, Roland was the best person on there. Having work on our case for 2 years and being a solid communicator all throughout. He didn't beat around the bush either, told us like it would be.
