Called this place to get assistance in an issue that I was having with my fathers retirement account, the lady didn't seem very informed and just wanted to push me off on a probate attorney which is not what I need. When I pushed back on needing a probate attorney she got snippy and I ended the call.

I hired Mr. Tiemann to defend me in a marijuana cultivation case where I was the sole defendant arrested on an illegal cannabis cultivation site . I was initially charged with felony cultivation and felony possession of a sawed off shotgun and misdemeanor possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Roland charged me 5000 $ to represent me and I was very anxious about the results . He consistently urged me to plea the charges down to pleading guilty to a misdemeanor cultivation charge and doing probation for a year or two and some community service. I refused out of indignance. Once the police department released the discovery of evidence and I analyzed it thoroughly I concluded that there was no evidence against me and decided to take the case to trial to fight for my innocence. Roland informed me he would require another 2000$ to take the case to trial. I was frustrated but agreed to pay. It took over two years of going to court before the judge dismissed the case before it went to trial and I did not have to pay the additional 2000$ to go to trial after all. Roland is a great attorney, his communication with me was a little spotty throughout the duration of the case, but at the end of the day he delivered above and beyond the expectation. I would recommend his service to anyone in el dorado county.

My fiancé had the worst experience with Mr. Weiner. For some ungodly reasons, Mr. Weiner think that his title , give himself a license to belittle his customers, with his narcissistic, egotistical low-priced inappropriate behavior . His superiority complex , has him thinking that he is above and beyond the comprehensive motor skills of most people. If the State Bar of California, heard Mr. Weiner, communicate with his possible clients , they would be appalled . Without a doubt, if the State Bar of California would investigate Mr. Weiner ‘s behavior, his license would be revoked rapidly. I would love to see how Mr. Weiner communicate with others without a license to oppress other. I guess we would definitely call him for what he truly is , just a Weiner 🤫

I just was just facing some of the worst charges imaginable and i must tell you, adam and his wife are are professional and very knowledgable in what they do. I felt very comfortable knowing that they were on on my side and were gonna make sure that they did everything they could to get the best outcome for me, which was zero bail and all charges dropped! I love them!

I wish I could write a good review but my experience was just plain bad. This attorney did not fight for a fair settlement.
