I am a 42 year old woman who had a heart attack and congestive heart failure and a blood clot removed AND 3 stints put in. I also have a permanent damage on my record from C P S.for gross neglect . Witch was unfounded and "due to that of my slum lords" Yes that came from cps themselves. ONE OF THE MAIN reasons why I LOVE JOHN MILLER AND HIS STAFF especially SHANNON. is because of the way they treat you. They treat you LIKE HUMAN BEINGS . I have not been able to FIND a law team that would take my case even with all my evidence .... BECAUSE I AM LOW RENT. Shannon has NEVER treated me that way as a matter of fact John Miller and Shannon were the only ones who didn't treat me like cheap and that I DESERVE all of these things just because of the fact of me being poor. They are always updating you on your case and keeps you abreast to all moving parts of the lawsuit . When I was in court literally, fighting an eviction, the other attorney wanted to give me 3 days, no backpay and waive my rights to sue for mold in my home. I was not sure what to do so i took a 10min break went outside and looked up attorneys, I seen Mr. Miller's law firm and called him on the spot. He gave me advice, sent me questionnaire to fill out and after sending back he took my mold case. And with his advice I got 30days to move, no back pay, AND no eviction on my record! Garbage! Do your research people, John C. Miller, Jr.was the most unprofessional, rude and lazy attorney I have ever felt with. Look for a attorney who actually puts in the work and correctly represents you! I would never recommend John C. Miller, Jr. to represent anyone! We settled just to be over with the nightmare dealing with him and his firm.

Adam Weiner is a disorganize sheister. My case had been dropped by the da's office for 3 months. When I called them on another matter and found out. Adam NEVER notified me or apologized for his lack of professionalism.
