My in-laws have used the estate planning services of Clark Allison for many years. He is knowledgeable, personable and very detailed. His fees are also very fair. Please don't trust this type of pre-planning to just any attorney. If not done properly, things will go south at the passing of a family member and any money that you previously "saved" will be spent cleaning up the mess.

I would recommend Clark Allison to anyone looking an attorney to help with estate planning. Clark was recommended to me when I was looking for someone to help me with my mom’s trust. We needed to update her trust and the attorney who originally set it up had since retired. Clark was very patient and explained all our options to protect my mom’s estate. He was also very kind and patient when working with my slow moving, ailing mom. Clark, thank you for making a difficult situation a little easier.
