I was really happy to have found Mr Scribner on Avvo. Over several weeks he helped me with several business contracts as well as doing some cleanup from my incorporation. He is an excellent communicator and amazing negotiator. For me, I really enjoyed working with him as he has a very unattorney-like demeanor. I highly recommend him.

I recently used Mr. Scribners services for a commercial tenant/landlord issue that I needed advice on. Mr. Scribner, (or David as he liked to be addressed), was extremely helpful with sound advice and reasoning. He instructed me along the way on the steps necessary to resolve the issue and showed great common sense and patience. He was always available and very prompt with his actions and follow through. I would recommend David's firm to anyone.
