Good Advice

Jason Stone was so helpful when I was dealing with a problem lodger who wouldn't leave. He was understanding and sympathetic of the situation and generous with his knowledge.

I live all the way on the east coast however this This law firm was extremely honest and helpful on guiding me with a business matter in the Southern Cali region .Even though it took them almost a week to respond, I was grateful to receive their professional objective feedback.

From my personal experience with the legal system, I now understand what I believe separates a great attorney from the rest: Trust, Communication, Performance. With my recent real estate situation, I was lucky enough to have found and chosen to work with with Jason Stone and Allison Strull, both of which exemplify these words and so much more. Almost everyone I had spoken to about their legal issues has complained about the same thing: they never could get in touch with their attorney and usually had no idea what was going on because of that. Not the case here. Jason and Allison were always in great communication with me for the duration of my situation, which definitely put my mind at ease that everything was being handled adequately as well as that they were really on top of everything for me. My situation was not a common or straight forward one, so there was a lot of heavy lifting to be done to go through thousands of email/text/phone records just to start. Allison did an amazing job of diligently combing through all of these, putting them into the right order of events, and then delivering an unbelievably well written demand letter to get the wheels turning. I just want to point out here, I am a very organized person, but I am still in awe in how Allison was able to decipher everything and then had such proficient and persuasive writing skills that must have sent chills down the opposing party’s spine when they read it. During our mediation, Jason really was on the ball and was extremely quick to call things out and had great rebuttals with the mediator that I believe played a big part in us achieving a desirable result. Jason was also extremely understanding and helpful with the timing of my payments due to the nature of my situation and that was really something unexpected that showed the compassion and dedication of this team. As is the nature of the legal system, there is no guarantee in an outcome, but I am very confident that this team got me the best result possible and they would do the same for anyone else! I have already begun working with them now to start my own business and highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance!
