Stone & Sallus (Atty Jason Stone) helped me successfully resolve a matter involving home damage and an HOA. My wife and I just completed an initial consultation with Jason Stone and we were extremely pleased with the experience. We live in Los Angeles (Highland Park) and spent many weeks struggling to connect with an attorney who specializes in tenant-landlord disputes. Many firms we contacted did not have staff answering phones and only had answering machines or online intake forms. When we left messages, nobody called us back. When we were able to speak with staff at some of these firms, they would take a message and never call us back. It was shockingly difficult to find a firm with staff routinely available to answer phone calls and set up appointments with lawyers. I'd been navigating challenges with a hustle neighbor for over five months and had escalated my concerns to the build's property management team for support. Instead of helping mitigate the circumstance, sadly and ultimately, they were willfully negligent and unresponsive. This was an incredibly stressful time where I felt helpless/hopeless.
