Lack of responsiveness and poor communication at times
“My experience was extremely disappointing. Erik and his staff were consistently rude and unprofessional. They took an unreasonably long time with my case and never provided updates unless I reached out first.”

“She only had the copy of the last renewal cause she didn't give me a copy. So she does give me the copy but nothing was attached to it meaning that she didn't send any proof of the arrest or maybe she did but didn't want to give me it.”
