Very unprofessional and no good customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to no one! Look elsewhere. We had a horrible experience with Ellis Law… THEY LIE!!!

Stay clear away from this office, they are extremely unprofessional. I was evolved in an accident and it was the other driver's fault. I hired this company to represent me a year later because I was getting surgery . I REQUESTED A DEMAND LETTER PRIOR TO MY SURGERY AND NOT ONCE WAS IT SENT. EMAIL, AND CALLS went unanswered..so I ended up terminating Representation. As a result they sent me a letter stating they put a lien on my case. I was charged for calls made after the fact I told them of my surgery date. In addition I was given a made up number of the other parties limits .. it was way lower than what my lawyer reported . As of today I have tried several times to contact Andrew Ellis for revisions of this lien and no luck. I was told since I fired my attorney no one can help me .

They were so helpful and patient with me after my car accident. Their team was responsive and knew exactly what to do immediately with my situation. We were recommended to them by a close family friend. Thank you so much for getting me the best results with my case!

Worse law corporation ever. Hard to get a hold of anyone but a receptionist. Seems like every month there’s a new attorney or paralegal on the case with no answer for us about our case. They always say they are going to call us back and never do and we call them surprise a new person handling our case again. We ask to settle the case on our behalf countless times and they still won’t settle out case. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The receptionist is horrible. she hang up on me. Then the lawyer called me back saying straight to me: « why on earth are u calling on a Saturday! » i do not know Mr Ellis and I will certainly never talk to my clients this way. This is a rude business practice and ethics. I was just calling as its been more than 2 months and no one is coming back to me as my case is at the end, all.the papers have been sent to the insurance 2 months ago and no one ever come back to me unless I initiate a communication.

Lied about the payout of my case and was rude

My experience with Ellis Law is a terrible one.They represent me in a law suit after I was involved in a car accident, after four years the case was settled.How did I know the case was settled is what makes me upset.I received a letter from the insurance company informing me that the case was settled and they sent a check to Ellis Law.I was not informed about this by Ellis, and despite numerous phone calls I still haven't received a confirmation on this.I am waiting for my settlement after four years with no clue when I will get my money, because they are not communicating with me.They don't return my phone calls, and when I do talk to someone on the phone they give me the runaround.I would never,ever again do business with them again,or recommend them to anyone.I am still waiting for my check that they received two weeks ago.

In my opinion if you have a difficult lock case this is not the place to choose. The receptionist was rude over the phone and could not take down our information properly to qualify our case, when I asked to speak to an attorney I was told one would call me back. When I got a call back, I was on the other line and so I could not take it and then I called them back and when I did the receptionist was extremely rude when I asked her to turn the phone up because I could not hear her. She put me on a voicemail with I believe another attorney and I left a message about her being rude. I received a call back from somebody who didn't tell me who they were and they started saying I threatened the receptionist if I wasn't going to get a call back I said if that was true then why don't you review the phone call because I was being told I was being recorded the person got frustrated and hung up on me.

Mr. Ellis took my case and represented me to the full extent of the law. He and his staff referred me to a well qualified Dr. What I like most about this firm is Mr. Ellis met me personally invited me up to his loft and explain to me what he and his staff will do to make sure I have the best out come medically emotionally and financially. 5 Stars Hands Down.....
