Right from the start, Heather made it very clear that there was a case here, I was a victim of sexual harassment, and that she was going to fight for me. I can't thank her and her team enough for taking on my case and helping me. I had no idea what I was doing, but felt very confident with Heather on my team. Her law firm was very respectful and caring, always keeping me updated and asking me about my wellbeing. She fought for me but always left the decisions up to me. If I wanted to keep going we would, if I wanted to settle I could, and in the end my case was resolved and I couldn't have been happier and more relieved. Being Sexually Harassed is humiliating. Being sexually harassed by your employer which you depend on financially makes you feel trapped and explaining these things to someone takes you back in time when you felt trapped and alone.
