Though the process was very long at the end all was done. Nissan is on of the hardest companies to work with, so it felt like forever. I wish we could’ve got a bigger settlement but I am still happy at the end and that’s it all over.

My claim was handled timely and they kept me inform in a timely manner throughout the process. The settlement I received was satisfactory and I still have my vehicle. I paid no money out of my pocket. They were paid out of the settlement. I would definitely use them again (but hope I never gave too).
