Karim was very nice and understanding of my issues I had regarding a Sexual Harrassment at a non profit company I worked for in Santa Rosa. The Paralegal Karim only provided my case to the lawyers. He is not a. Attorney. He mentioned that he was going to sent my information he took from me and provide to the lawyer for review. After the review I was denied. They mentioned I didn’t have enough evidence for my case which I did on emails I had. Proof of me working from 2020 to 2022. The harassment happened in August 17th which I reported to HR my email. I forwarded the work emails to my personal email. How is that not proof enough? I wasn’t happy on the there response. By the way I haven’t been healed by the outcome of the issue mentally and emotionally and physically. I wasn’t told about that a worker’s comp claim could also be filed due to my health issues of my left leg going numb too for sitting too long and not getting enough breaks from the job. But yet my case was denied. I do not recommend this lawyer. If I could I would give it zero stars.

Samy Harmoush was greatly beneficial in providing legal guidance regarding an unlawful termination my family member went through. He is kind, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable.
