Mr. O’Brien and Mr. Zehnder represented me after my automobile accident. My case was complicated due to being in multiple accidents with previous injuries to the same areas of my neck and lower back. The insurance defense attorneys did everything in their power to give me the least possible settlement but after the hard work Mr O’Brien and Mr. Zehnder did and the thorough brief presented by Mr. Zehnder the outcome was much higher than expected. I went into the mediation expecting to get less than the policy limit but ended up getting $75,000. Over the limit and they still only charged me 33% instead of the 40% they were entitled to. I was in a severe motorcycle accident. My wife found Grant and had my case seen by this company. Very great experience. Grant is very straight forward and to the point. He does everything to get the best for you in your case. His office, (Kelly is great by the way), contacted and helped communicate with my medical bills. I had a severe brain injury so I wasn’t all the way able to speak to these bill collectors. They handled all of it and set them up with my insurance.
