Not A good job to much money west no good help

Very unprofessional. Incompetent, she almost lessens up my child custody case. Had to fire her and get a replacement

I’ve been working with Ms. Norma Samra and her firm for a little over 4 months now for my custody case. Being that it’s my first time ever having to deal with the court system I wanted the best team to represent me and although my case is still on going, Norma and her team have been by my side all along every step of the way. Going in this process I was very intimidated but they are very easy to talk to and have answered any and all questions that I have and have guided me step by step in this very complex case which included in multiple filings. Norma and her team are very knowledgeable, dependable, honest and hard working. It’s easy to see that they genuinely care for my case. They’ve managed threats and harassment’s from the opposing counsel and has continued to approach every arising situation with professionalism and recommends what she thinks is in the best interest of my daughters and I. If you're going through a tough time and need help, do not hire these people. In one year's time they've done nothing other than file standard court paperwork. I only get updates about every 3-4 months and only if I ask for one.

Sometimes you find yourself in a situation that you’ve never been in before and don’t know what to do but I am so glad that Rosie was there to guide me through the divorce process.she was so nice and understanding throughout the whole process. I was having a very hard time getting things resolved or moving forward with my divorce. I decided it was best to change my attorney and thank god daily that I crossed paths with Norma and Rosie who have been nothing short of amazing. These ladies FIGHT for their clients and for what is right! Attorneys with ethics, morals and values and who really took what was in my kids best interest first. The amount of time they have already given me and my case, the effort they have made thus far has been remarkable. My divorce case is not over yet, but I sleep better with these ladies on my side. Can't say in enough time, blessed they were willing to take on my case because they have honestly been god sent during this ordeal. The office has always been great to work with. From the phones and front lobby to the paralegal staff. Throughout the process they helped navigate through a tough time and I was grateful they had a staff unlike some law firms who have themselves and maybe a assistant. And I was beyond pleased.
