Mr. Rice was extremely professional and thorough in the issue I was having with my HOA. He went above and beyond by keeping me informed of the situation with the HOA. The HOA was very difficult and Mr. Rice continued to be professional in getting this matter resolved.

I contacted Mr. Rice to have him potentially take over a case I have another lawyer working on that never responds to my calls or e-mails. While Richard did help recover the principal owed I, maybe, would have liked a little more tenacity toward recovering additional damages in the form of interest.
