John Tower responds promptly and gives a client a clear picture of the issues as he sees them from the information client provides. Before I contacted John Tower to represent me in my personal injury case, I was frustrated and intimated by the responsible party's insurance carrier. Mr. Tower immediately instilled confidence that he would be able to represent my interests in a professional manner, and I was able to step away from the pressure of handling this situation on my own. When our home was destroyed by fire and our insurance company was not going to pay the entire cost of our policy, we hired John Tower to represent us in a law suit against our insurance company. John kept us informed, every step along the way. If he told me he'd call me at the end of the week, after speaking with the insurance company's attorney, he'd call me at the end of the week, even if it was just to tell me the insurance company's attorney was out of town, and unavailable for another week. When we finally went to mediation, he advised that he was able to get a mediator that he thought would be fair and listen to our concerns. The mediator he chose for us was wonderful, not only in getting us a positive offer from the insurance company , but in thoroughly explaining the process. We were very please that we were able to settle the law suit at mediation with what we felt was a very "fair deal". I don't think any one could have done a better job for us than John Tower.

Mr. Tower represented me with dealing with a challenging case. The personal attention that he gave to the case really helped to put me at ease knowing I was in good hands. When you contact his office you are dealing only with him directly and not a paralegal or assistant. He was very responsive by phone or email and kept me abreast of the status of my case. He always let me know honestly where we were in the process and partnered with me to solve the issue with an equitable solution. I would highly recommend him if you need legal representation.
