I have hired Mike for various litigation as well as transactional matters at various times over the past 15 years, and am working with him on two matters currently, one litigation and one transactional. Mike is very knowledgeable, hard working and effective. I have had a positive outcome from each case I have engaged him in---don't how many people can say that. But it isn't Mike's skill and knowledge that most distinguishes him from other highly capable attorneys. That would be his honesty, integrity and ethics. I have found no attorney I have worked with that is his equal in these areas. Qualities that can sometimes be in scarce supply when navigating the world of retaining an attorney.

Mike is a very competent professional lawyer, but that’s not why I use him. Mike is very respectful of his clients’ time and money, but that’s not why I use him. Mike doesn’t spend a lot of time circling the issue – he gets right to the meat of it and communicates with me in a way I can understand. But that’s not why I use him. I go to Mike with my legal questions and problems because he’s ethical. Apparently, his principles and reputation are more important to him than maximizing his income. In a transaction or in devising a litigation strategy, there’s really no way for the layman to know beforehand if the job is being done right or not. It’s a question of trust. I use Mike because I trust him.

Mike helped me on a very complicated real estate case dealing with an old guy who had been ripped off by his drug-dealing, pornography shooting son. Mike represented the old guy and went above and beyond the call of duty to see that the legal system did right by him. Mike is an excellent lawyer: knowledgeable, competent, and practical. Nothing but praise for him.

I found Michael to have the right attitude when I was in a liquidated damage lawsuit,bringing it to a reasonable end. When I needed an atty again, I tracked him down on a personal matter and another satisfactory result. He seems adept at financial negotiations between the parties involved.

I write to share my experiences with Mike McCulloch. I hired him a couple years back to help me recover monies from a bad contractor. I found him to be responsive, dependable and affordable, which seems to be the consensus as I read the other reviews. We were successful in that case. I recently hired him again to recover money from another contractor. I anticipate success with that case as well. He works diligently. He is smart and personable. He's the go to guy. Highly recommend.
