I settled my case after 4 years of rehabbing. Mr. Kropach Sr. was who I originally met with but while the case was going on, it was Jr. that went to the court dates & wasn't as forceful with fighting for my settlement as I feel his more experienced father would have been. The Kropachs were very professional & I do appreciate all that they did for me. I feel strongly tho that had Mr. Kropach Sr. had argued my case rather than Jr. , it would have been a much different result. In the end, I ended up settling because I was tired of waiting.

Kropach & Kropach were the best decision I made with regards to representation on my workers comp lawsuit. They made sure to keep me in the loop with regards to everything that was going on with my case. Everyone was friendly and anytime I would call the office with questions, they would make sure to answer them to the best of their knowledge. It was worth my 2 hour drive in L.A. traffic!

The worst experiences ever with a very incapable lawyer and incompetent staff, they moved slower than a turtle in my case & lied to me causing me to lose medical benefits & remain handicapped. I would never recommend them for anything unless it's to be disbarred for false statements. Jill lied to my face & told me I would be covered before I signed settlement agreement and I wasn't she replied oh use your settlement to cover medical costs. More lies you post on my comment, remember I came to you one week after I lost appeal and you did nothing for two years but make excuses until I personally did my own research and I gathered all information needed and they submitted, you did not win my case the insurance accepted my claim and agreed to a settlement. Approaching the 6 year mark you claimed I couldn't recoup for 6 years only 2 yrs in CA well I m not from CA. Then you dropped the ball by Not including medical care and Jill lied to my face saying it was in the settlement and tricking me into signing without the medical coverage I asked for.. After being homeless in LA for two years while you did nothing to help. I suggested a 30 day settlement in which they did not do so you should have included medical coverage. My medical records we accepted because they tried to use it against me they had copies of all my medical records from the first case & was referring to them constantly. Your attempt here to cloud the issues proves your incompetence in handling of my case.

I have worked for this office for few months now, and the only thing I can say is, all attorneys and the office staff are kind, helpful ,respectful and very knowledgeable at what they do. I am very happy with my job and everyone here makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I get a chance to talk to clients, especially the clients who speaks farsi, I feel great about helping them with their language difficulties.
