I contacted Tkt Rep because during covid times I was mailed a ticket from those cameras that take photos of regular folks who make right turns when there are zero people around. However, a right turn requires a full stop according to traffic code regardless of no pedestrians or traffic. Tkt was able to handle the matter by making court appearances, and over time eventually getting the silly ticket dismissed. I highly recommend Tkt for their professionalism and patience. I don't leave reviews easily because context is hard to understand sometimes and people tend to be too far great or too far bad with their reviews. This business has proven the exception, not only is it worthy of it's perfect review but the the track record is truly exceptional. We can't win all the time but this office seems to not go with that narrative. They truly take care of their clients all you have to do is be realistic, honest and forward with them. And oh boy will they pull out the upset for you! Thanks to them my CDL is intact and I'm worry free. Got my ticket in April 2022 they resolved it in December 2022 I did nothing but wait and trust them. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who wants a fighting chance against these Cali traffic courts.
