I agree with the previous 1 star reviews. Andrew already had his decision made about my case before he called, so the tone of the conversation was very condescending or disingenuous. I would have preferred a direct email rather than that conversation. Honestly, it was the last thing I needed today. However, I’m sure he’s good to those who he has a sure win with.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Malatesta. Going through such a sudden and challenging time when losing a job is a nightmare. Andrew Malatesta gave me some semblance of peace while he helped me navigate through negotiations with my former employer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach. I felt confident after meeting with him, and was able to walk away with severance and a little security while I search for a new job. It would be 6 stars if I could. Thank you!
