After being laid off as part of a large tech company RIF, I contacted Andrew's firm by submitting an online form. I was shocked when my phone rang around 7:30 pm that night, and it was Andrew asking about my case and how he could help. I wasn’t happy with the way my call was taken. I feel like my conversation was cut off too soon. I didn’t even get to finish explaining everything that’s been going on at my job. I felt like he just wanted to get off the phone with me and hung up right away. My call lasted one minute. I would not recommend calling this place if you have more than one situation going on at work because he will not listen to all of it. Just whatever you tell him initially.
