I strongly recommend Irene and all the staff Irene is wonderful and very professional she got my Social Security approved and got all my benefits on the first try and I didn't have to appeal my case I'm soooo happy with her services.

Update: My application was approved the first time without the help of an attny, and AFTER Ms. Ruzin told me I wouldn’t be approved unless I was currently hospitalized for attempting suicide, blind, or can’t use my arms. Guess again, Ms. Ruzin. I was approved for both physical issues and brain injury, and I didn’t need to be insulted and belittled to get it. I’ve never spoken to anyone so callous, arrogant, apathetic, condescending, cavalier & narcissistic in my life as Ms Ruzin. After dropping off a file detailing numerous physical issues, mental decline in concert w/ 3-5 medical appts each wk for the last 38 wk, which Involve an inordinate amount of time, see 10 drs currently & 18 in the past 15 mo, Ms. Ruzin called me at 4:30PM. Her demeanor is cold w/ an inflated view of her own talent & importance. She kept RUDELY cutting me off while going thru the most difficult period of my life. She SHUT me DOWN. Her first question was, “What did you do in the last 5 years for work?” That info was in the file I left for her but began to answer. Gd forbid I began to state where I had worked, bc that clearly annoyed her & she spoke over me immediately. “I don’t need DETAILS. I need to know WHAT you did.” She cut me off again & asked what conditions were preventing me from working. As I began to answer, she cut me off AGAIN. She focused on the least serious condition I’d mentioned & ran w/ it. As I tried to speak & explain more, struggling w/ some cognitive issues that make it difficult to find my words verbally, she sharply cut me off again. She stated that if I didn’t like that then maybe I needed to find another attny. As I tried to find the words, she cut me off again.I kept thinking, “Did you even READ 1 pg?” She said things like, “It doesn’t matter what happened to you before or what you’ve been through” & “if you don’t have a mental condition or a condition that affects your upper limbs or have conditions that cause you to miss so much work that you can’t be employable, then it doesn’t matter. You won’t get disability.” My daughter & I just stared at one another bc that’s the primary thing I detailed. I started to reply & she cut me off AGAIN. “Can you use your arms?! What drs are you seeing now?” I tried to answer again, but she cut me off AGAIN at the 5th specialist & told me it wasn’t relevant. After being shut down repeatedly by a perceivably overbearing narcissist, She accused me of not letting HER finish.My daughter was trying to tell me to hang up, but I couldn’t hear her over Ms. Ruzin’s punishing verbal assault. I just shook my head at my daughter and held my hands in the air, mimicking “what am I supposed to do here?” I completely stopped talking & let Ms. Ruzin finish her seemingly grandiose tantrum, and after a few seconds of silence, she said, “Hello?” “May I talk now?” I asked. Feeling defeated, I began to explain that I’ve lost all hope & am on the verge of contemplating suicide. She cut me off AGAIN!! “Look I’M AN ATTORNEY! It doesn’t matter” & started rattling off more remarks to discourage me by stating that unless I’m mentally unstable or have no arms that the agency will reject my app. At that point I raised my voice to meet hers. “I’ve attempted to commit suicide before” She replied “It doesn’t matter if you’ve tried to commit suicide unless you’ve tried to commit suicide during your last job or are in ongoing mental health counseling” She said that she doesn’t want to waste her time if she doesn’t know that she’s going to win bc it’s strictly on contingency.Is she saying that she only takes easy cases? 18 diff dr, 20 diff Rx, 2 surgeries 18 med tests a brain scan is too complex for her? Her brash delivery is rude, intolerant, incapable of seeing the bigger picture. Her insensitive remarks exacerbated my mental breakdown, giving the impression that she perceives me as nothing more than an unmotivated & lazy fraud. Yes, Ms Ruzin, you ARE a lawyer; & I am a woman in the apex of crisis, as one may assume all your clients & potential clients are.

Iree was amazing! She really fought for me and helped me win my disability case. I couldn’t have done it without her. Highly recommend!

In 2018, my son became disabled due to an accidental fentanyl overdose. We applied for Social Security Disability but were initially denied. My wife was in a car accident where the other driver hit her and she needed a lot of medical attention and treatments. The insurance company did not want to help pay for any medical treatments. I am so incredibly grateful for my experiences with Rosenstock & Azran. I was unfortunately in a bad car accident where the other driver was at fault. I have had to get many treatments and medical appts done over the last two years. The other drivers insurance policy was extremely low which could not cover any costs.
