Barry doesn't lay-down for the low-balling insurance adjusters. All of my previous attorneys have...they have bills to pay. They don't care if you only get 30-50% of what is due to you. They need the cash more than you. Barry is positioned to wait it out, and go to trail if necessary with any stubborn adjuster. Sorry adjusters, your bonus will be a little smaller this year. My Case started in 2011 and it has been a very rough road. But Mr. Zelner was very confident all during the Process. I use to wonder how can he sit there so calm in these depositions and these people are not being honest. I personally wanted to say something. He always advised me to be quiet and I did. Much to my surprise at the end all of those lies that were told , were evaluated by a Medical Expert. And those lies were shredded into pieces. Even when it didn't look good he never gave up. He is the best Attorney in this field for sure. He is very extensive in his work. He will always take your calls. He is professional in every sense of the word. I was reffered to a lot of different Attorneys for this case. I spoke to all of them out of 8 interviews he was the top. No one even came a close second.
