DO NOT GO WITH THIS LAW FIRM received a letter from Mobasseri law after my case got settled asking to write a nice review. I thought it was a great opportunity to share exactly how I feel about the way they handled my case. I went through all the “good” reviews trying to find people that had my same experience with them and I found them all the way at the bottom. I don’t think mr.Robert had any idea about what was going on with my case. The day of the conference to settle the case it seemed he was trying to figure out what was going on with the case and they called me a few days before asking me questions they should have definitely known the answers too. During our zoom conference not once did I hear him fight to get me compensated, the only time he spoke up was when it was time to fight for his wages. 36,000 to be exact. He got me 800dlls. I spoke to a lot of lawyers and I regret going with him so much. Other lawyers I spoke with had told me I had a good case and would get me my money back. It seems Mobasseri law had their best interest in mind only. I lost a lot of money going with this law firm I urge you to look past all the good reviews and not fall for them like I did and do more research on who handles your case. All they care about is getting the case settled and getting paid.

I was introduced to Faraz by my dad upon getting into a car accident where I was t-boned by a driver that eventually fled the scene of the accident. Faraz had only a few details at hand to pursue the case, given LAPD did not even prepare a Police report for the accident. The lawsuit quickly turned into a 'he said' and 'she-said' mess. There were no witnesses to be had, no solid documentation, no information from the authorities - essentially, he had nothing to pull from. Faraz really was fighting against the current.
