My experience with Malatesta Law has been nothing but professional and rewarding. From the beginning, attorney Andrew Malatesta was patient to hear the entirety of my employment situation and then provide his professional evaluation of what matters were legally worthy of pursuit and those that were not. This dramatically assisted reducing the degree of stressors I was putting emotional energy into. Andrew’s communication was superb, timely, and made me feel well informed on the progress of the case. Never did I feel as if I did not know what was going on nor what the path forward would be. Ryan and his team are truly one of a kind. Dealing with potential legal matters is incredibly stressful but Ryan and his team make it easier to go through. Gary Labin is a responsive and competent attorney who is worth his hire. He helped me tremendously, and I will appreciate his efforts forever. I needed a lawyer to show up to my door when police were outside, stated no valid reason to be there, and insisted I open the door. I was alarmed, and in covid quarantine with my son. I informed them they couldn't come in, and I called a few lawyers. None picked up for a while. Then I called Gary, he picked up, and happened to be close, and for a reasonable fee came to my door in under 30 minutes. He then mediated a police/mental health scene masterfully, helping to do everything I couldn't while I was caring for my son inside. He facilitated the wellness check, and after completed, he helped to inform police of a potential break in. After those events, Gary was hugely helpful and available to me. He went over and above for me. I know with no doubt that Gary Labin is one of the best lawyers you can hire. I have not needed to call lawyers before this in my life, but once I started calling lawyers, he stood out as the best, far and away. He did things for me that I know many would have just avoided without having all of my money. He has my glowing recommendation, and I know if you need criminal legal help, he is the man to call.
