I contacted Mobasseri Law because I was pretty sure I had just purchased a lemon. I found them via a google search. At first I continued with them because they were the only ones out of a half of a dozen firms that said they'd handle cases involving motorcycles. Other firms stated on their websites they handle motorcycles but when I called I got a different story. They were very helpful and gave me a consultation over the phone. Their advice seemed geared towards helping me more than to get a customer. They gave me advice on ways to avoid needing their services which I was surprised by but when it came time to need their services it made me more confident they had my best interests in mind. When they decided to take my work on everything went very smoothly. I was only involved in the communication when needed so it was very hands off. This was very refreshing compared to dealing with the dealers and manufacturer. The process was long but everything went smoothly and their advice along the way ended up getting a better deal than I thought. They did a very good job of insulating me from the back and forth and were quick to update me when I got curious where we were at. They didn't offer frequent updates and I was happy with that but I'm sure they would have if I had asked for regular updates. Independently from which law firm you go with to handle your Lemon case I can offer a couple words of advice. One, Lemon firms only take payment if the result is positive. Therefore, it's still on you to first make your case to the law firm you want to take your case. This means the bulk of the work is still on the Lemon purchaser. This means, keeping detailed notes, receipts, scanning all of your documents, etc. There is a lot of work up front. Still this was less work then talking with the dealer and manufacturer who both played dumb at every turn, failed to return calls and were basically just terrible. If I could do it all again I wouldn't even had bothered with the dealer/manufacturer. Just keep organized, scan everything and once you meet the criteria hand it off to Mobasseri Law and then you won't have to deal with the frustration.

In April 2013 I bought a brand new Scion FRS from the dealership. In the first couple of months my car was not driving right, so I went to the dealership and they said they took care of the problem, but in fact, did nothing. A few months later I went in for an oil change but was told it wasn't necessary because my car was running on synthetic oil. At about 8,000 miles I came back in because I had the engine light on. I was told there were multiple codes that they took care of. My car still felt like it was not running right and about a year later, my engine blew. The dealership blamed this on me “for not putting oil in my car,” and made me pay 10k out of pocket to fix it. I was livid, but without thinking I paid them to fix the car. A few weeks later my car was fixed, but something felt wrong. I started experiencing a lot of issues and spending more time at the dealership than at work. I got fed up after giving them several opportunities to fix the same problem. That's when I reached out to the Law Offices of Robert Mobasseri. I had no knowledge about lemon law. I googled a few attorneys and picked the top 5 firms listed and called every single one of them. Some of them answered, others told me they would call me back, but when I got on the phone with one of the attorneys at Mobasseri Law, David Cooper, he literally stopped everything he was doing and said: "how can I help". I told him my story about how the dealership had been taking advantage of me. David understood where I was coming from and explained to me how lemon law works and all the options I had based on the details of my case. That might not seem like much, but it was that conversation that led me to schedule a second appointment at their office in Los Angeles. He not only spent 2-3 hours on the phone with me, but he literally answered every question I had. In my initial visit with them, I made sure I brought all my paperwork and finally got to meet David, who soon introduced me to Robert. Robert said how everything was going to go down, and that is exactly how it went step by step. He was so confident and well poised. Not only was he super professional, but he also knew his stuff. Before we dove into my case, they got to really know me on a personal level. Which was really unique, as with any of the other lawyers I talked to, they just wanted to know about my case. It's one thing to be really good at what you do, but it is another to really care about your client, and that is what you get when you go with the Law Offices of Robert Mobasseri. They treat you like family, educate you, hold your hand throughout the entire process, and prepare you for everything you will encounter. A lot of times these big companies think they can take advantage of you and your lawyers, but the Law Offices of Robert Mobasseri do not let companies like that overrun them. It was plenty of times when I messed up and did not follow protocol or dropped the ball. Which made my case harder at times and gave an advantage to the other side. However, the Law Offices of Robert Mobasseri did not back down or let that detour them from winning my case. They went back to the drawing board anytime a problem came up and came out with a solution that always put the odds back in our favor. I never had a doubt in my mind that they would win my case. Robert and David really know what they are doing and are very well versed in the lemon law field. I highly recommend that if you want to win your case against those big companies out there that try to take advantage of you, going with the Law Offices of Robert Mobasseri will be in your best interest! If it was possible to do a review with more than 5 stars, I would. The Mobasseri Law staff were EXCELLENT to work with. I purchased a Certified Preowned Vehicle, and when it was discovered that the vehicle had several issues, the dealer did not want to honor the CPO warranty. After a lengthy attempt on my own to get the dealer and the manufacturer to remedy the issue to no avail, I contacted the Mobasseri Law Firm. I was immediately impressed with the attentiveness, professionalism, and thoroughness of all the staff that I spoke with...from assistants, attorneys, and Mr. Mobasseri himself. Within days of initial discussions/assessment, Mr. Mobasseri began to get results that I had previously been unable to attain on my own. Within 8 weeks, the entire issue was resolved to my total satisfaction. The dealer repurchased the vehicle, refunded all costs to me, and paid all attorney fees. Mr. Mobasseri and his staff went to extra efforts to ensure that this was resolved prior to the Christmas holidays so that it wouldn't be an inconvenience and interruption during this important time of year. Overall, Their total professionalism, thoroughness, and responsive timeliness were more than I expected. If you have an issue like I had, contact Mobasseri Law ASAP...you wont be disappointed!

My case took 2 years to settle. Ended up losing because he decided to settle one month before my court date ,but Mobasseri collected he’s wages. They never keep me up to date I lost so much more money because of their advice . I would not recommend Mobasseri law
