I’ve used this firm three times now and Payam never disappoints from finding doctors closer to home to accommodate us to answering any questions I had throughout the whole process. His assistant Iris made sure to keep us up to date every step of the way. Hopefully I never have to experience another accident but if I do I know who to call!

I was referred to this law firm by my brother, they helped him get his greencard, that didn't last more than 6 months from beginning to end. His case was the same as mine. My wife and I turned in all the documentation required to start the process more than 16 months ago, and we're still waiting for the FOIAS. I was told by Mr. Root, and by another gentleman, that it was gonna take about 2 to 3 months, (worst case scenario six months) For the FOIAS to be ready. It's been OVER 16 months since then, and not even the FOIAS are ready. MARK, (Principal Attorney) contacted me and gave me an update that includes proof that the delay is not a Root Law's fault. However, this does not look like it's going to end up soon.
