I had a great experience from the very beginning with the NoCuffs team. It was a very stressful time for me as I had been through this before and knew I needed experienced representation. Huge kudos to my attorney Kristen Mason! Once she took my case, she was with me every step of they way and was ALWAYS available for me whenever I had any questions and or concerns, not only regarding my case, but any questions regarding the process. It was a very stressful time for me but she made me feel like she cared and made herself available when I needed her. Communication between myself and their team was always prompt whenever there was any court dates/hearings. I’d be notified of where my case stood in a very timely manner. My case was recently closed and my arrest was sealed! I was beyond ecstatic with the outcome of my case! I didn’t have to go to court AT ALL and they took care of everything in such a professional manner. Can’t thank Kristen and her team enough! You are greatly appreciated 🙏🏼

They never answer the phone and have changed my case manager so many times I can’t keep up anymore. I can never get an update on my case I really regret going with this firm. The unprofessionalism is unreal.

I can only speak for myself, but this law firm was a HUGE help in getting me compensated for a ride share accident. I was visiting a couple years ago from the east coast when I had the accident. I had gone to two different law firms and been given the run around, but Amy and Tony along with the rest of the team treated me with respect, provided excellent guidance, and ultimately fought vigorously on my behalf in order to get me even MORE than what I had previously asked for. First i want to thank Anthony Hicks for his dedication to my case. There were many problems that seemed insurmountable but he was able to guide me in a positive direction. I served in the military and was able to keep my job and life on track. Thanks to the diligence of Mr. Hicks.

Went to no cuffs for my first offender DUI. I decided to get a lawyer because a couple months after my DUI I became pregnant. I needed lawyer because I wanted try to get my fees reduced. All they did was show up in court. I got a regular DUI sentence. The counselors at my DUI courses said I got ripped off. The officers at the Work Release program said I got ripped off as well. I had to personally request an extensions with both due to my postpartum healing period. This was a complete waste of $5,000. A total scam.

Daniel Moffat is a great lawyer , he has been very responsive and helpful with me and has been contacting DMV for me to ask questions that I'm not sure of . DAN IS THE MAN .

Words of advice . Do not hire this Law firm or any DUI law firm if this is your first offense , Its a waste of your money . California has a set guideline of what penalties that you will get with a Lawyer or not . Yes for $4,500 - $6,000.00 they will go to court for you but besides that it's not worth it . I got a warrant for my arrest less than 2 months into hiring the Kavinoky Law Firm. My son 2 years ago had twice the BAC in him than I did , he got the same sentencing as I did without the Lawyer . The woman on the phone was a great sales lady that is what hooked me . You will get your best advice by going to your required DMV classes . Good Luck !!
