Mr. Yates was recommended to us by a friend when we were at our absolute nadir, Our son had been seriously injured in a motor accident. He, and his lovely wife, can to meet with us at the ICU and said he would do all he could to guide us through dealing with the insurance claim process. Despite the fact that our 20 year old son was left a permanent paraplegic the responsible driver was woefully underinsured with no other assets so there was minimal financial recovery despite Mr. Yates best efforts. Through the whole process he was concerned, informative, empathetic and explored every avenue to get whatever monetary remuneration for my boy.
