I was so lucky to have Marty referred to me for my case! I spoke with countless lawyers before finding Marty who had just the right combination of experience in dealing with contractual Real Estate Law and Bankruptcy. Many lawyers are more concerned with their own personal profit rather then the potential of winning your case. Marty is the contrary. It was a very precarious situation, dealing with a debtor who was not honoring a contractual agreement. Most lawyers I consulted with did not know how to proceed with the given circumstances. Marty was knowledgable, compassionate and patient making swift yet careful and well executed decisions on how to proceed in order to prevail. I could only hope that more lawyers had the integrity and tenacity of Marty.
