She also did not inform me of many important things like not talking to the insurance claims adjuster who was representing the person that hit me. She did the minimal amount of work for me and did not seem to care at all for my well being. I wish I would have taken the advice of friends in the la area to seek out new representation. If you want a lawyer who is thorough and passionate about your needs do not go to Ms Gorin. Being very unreachable and only being able to communicate to her through her paralegal Karina was very unsettling as well.

I referred a colleague to Eisner Gorin LLP, hoping they would assist him with his appeal. Instead, I listened to them over the speakerphone disrespect him and try to overcharge him. I suspect this is because of his nationality. Extremely disappointed that this is still happening in 2024.

Horrible experience! I called last week for help with a simple appeal. I was told that the price was $1,000 for a consultation, and that the amount would then be applied to the case fee, which could then be made over payments. I agreed and then called back 2 days later and was put on hold for some time before being met by a rude women who refused to identify herself. She angrily quoted a now inflated $2,500 consultation fee plus $850 an hour. Totally insane. She wouldn't even allow me to speak so that I could explain that I had already been quoted by another gentleman at the firm. Just a terrible experience to be treated so rudely and unfairly. It makes me believe another reviewer so who stated that "this firm's positive reviews are NOT from real clients, which is legally questionable at best." BEWARE!
