I spoke with Ms. Feder over the phone after getting cited for tints (first time in almost 20 years!) in SoCal. Besides the fact that she was very polite and friendly, she spent the time to listen to and note my particular circumstances (was this citation going to spill over onto my immigration situation?) before dispensing advice for my best interests (not hers such as "hire me"). That's honesty and great business acumen. She cares and her empathy came through on the phone. I told her I'd thank her by posting an honest review of my experience. By the time the call was over, she had diffused my anxiety and worries. I called several lawyers I found on here but her number is the one I saved in my phone.
