I spoke with Ms. Feder over the phone after getting cited for tints (first time in almost 20 years!) in SoCal. Besides the fact that she was very polite and friendly, she spent the time to listen to and note my particular circumstances (was this citation going to spill over onto my immigration situation?) before dispensing advice for my best interests (not hers such as "hire me").
