I found Harker Injury Law online and felt an immediate pull to work with Bronson and Michael. Coincidentally, before retaining them, I happened to be in their office building, on other business, and Michael happened to be available to speak with. He was very gracious with his time and listened with compassion and intention. Michael and Bronson both made the entire process real easy for me! As a chronic cancer patient, I was just getting ready to start a new chemo therapy. I had been rear ended on the 5 interstate, that led to a severely herniated disc in my back, and then back surgery. The 20 year old college student, that hit me, was incredibly underinsured for the injuries I sustained. She had zero assets and no job... Nothing to go after for complete restitution. Bronson and Michael communicated well by email and text, knowing that coming to the office was going to be difficult for me. They were even conscious enough to contact me by phone on Mondays or Fridays, knowing that my weekly chemo treatments, left my Tuesdays through Thursdays, as unavailable days for me, knowing that I would not be well. Bronson and Michael did an incredible job with their knowledge of law, to know just how and where from they could find a greater settlement, that otherwise would not have been there. They went to bat with my medical insurance company and was able to reduce my medical expenses by 95% and knew how to utilize the insurance, that I carried on my own vehicle, to greater supplement the supplement. I ordinarily would have received a few thousand dollars for my injuries, had I tried to handle this on my own, but instead I received 8-10 times a greater a settlement. I really do feel that they did an excellent job representing me and I would not hesitate to use them again! Not to mention I will absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. I just want to thank the team at Harker injury Law because they were very prompt and professional since the time of my consultation. The accident I was involved had left me with many questions but Michael and Mr.Harker were always on top of it . They will make sure you understand and even follow up with you. They assisted me throughout my recovery all the way to the settlement. They were great in talking to debtors/bill collectors, so I was not constantly harassed. Bronson is a great lawyer and person, in general. I have met plenty of lawyers in the past and don't know that I would work with most of them, as they just give you that feeling of them being after something or finding ways to beat the system or take your money.
