Unprofessional and unethical practices
“Avoid Anna M Hysell (High-Sell $$$) and this law office at all costs. Very unprofessional, seeking easy money and preying on unsuspecting individuals. They present you with a fake professional facade but underneath hide crooks, thieves and criminals who know no courtesy, compassion or humane treatment of others and will deprive you of your hard earned money with dubious jacked up invoices, unrendered services and lies.”

Unwillingness to refund unearned fees
“When you give them a retainer, good luck getting that back if you choose to terminate their service. It's in her name,Anna Hysell or High-Sell $$$. Other attorneys had the decency to take out a chunk for their service and refund the rest. Not the case with this office. They were given a substantial retainer but literally did work worth of 3-5 hours max, and I am being generous with hours here. Zero, $0, nada, was refunded and they had the audacity to want to send an invoice for a deficiency?”
