I was hit head on by an uninsured motorist. I hired Willie to help me with my claim. Medicare put an $1100+ lien on my medical bills that they claimed were related to the accident. I knew everything was billed correctly, and Willie was able to get that lien removed in less than a month after the settlement. I am willing to go into great details of my traumatizing encounters with Janssen Malloy LLP, but if I did so on this public form, they would likely sue in retaliation, regardless of the truth held within my every statement. Yeah.... wish I could say something positive but I cannot. After nearly 2 years of anguish and phone calls and doctors visits, I walked away with $5k on a case promising $250k because these guys are incompetent. Save yourself the trouble and settle it yourself. My other case I settled by myself for more than this one and it took me 5 minutes. Worst thing I’ve ever done is hire lawyers. Plus side, they were nice. But that’s it.
