We are extremely pleased the way our property estate buyout was handled by Neal G. Latt, Attorney at Law. Neal accomplish the buyout and relocation, which got tricky at times. I initially hired Neal in 2017 for a power-of-attorney issue/question. Although I had no idea of the gravity of the situation that was unfolding before me, Neal was right on point! We were faced with a difficult situation involving real property, an incomplete trust, no will and the death of the remaining settlor. To exacerbate the situation, the real property had been sold and the deficiencies were discovered by the title company days before the escrow was set to close. Neal took my call on a Friday.
