To our surprise, he made our experience very comfortable and was able to point us in the right direction for all our needed services. Not only were they professional, Ben made the whole experience as nice as possible and he spoke to us in terms we understood without all the legal mumbo jumbo that most don't understand. Attorney Benjamin Scott handled my personal injury case. My case was not major however, attorney Scott handled my case like it was worth a million dollars. Attorney Scott was honest and upfront about the outcome of my case and he listened and went to work to defend me. Some people think that attorneys are only out to take your money, however, this was not the case with my attorney. In fact, Benjamin Scott reduced his fees drastically so that I received more of the settlement that was awarded. In essence he handled my case virtually for nothing. I asked his assistant why did attorney Scott reduce his fee and she said "that's just the type of person he is". I mentioned this not so that people hire him because of his generosity but to let people know that he is a person of integrity, he cares about his clients he represents. I had a case where we were battling my own insurance company under my uninsured/underinsured coverage. Benjamin Scott was my attorney and did exactly what he said he would do from the onset. While we had to jump through a lot of hoops, Ben never lost track or settled for what the insurance company wanted us to settle for.
