My experience with this group of legal professionals could not been better; they exceeded my expectations in every way! They're very personal and always made themselves available and thoroughly explained things to me through every step of the process! I was referred to them by another Law group. My case wasnt a big .millions of dollars type case.Infact I didnt expect to get anything since I didnt have uninsured motorist insurance. My rep. In 2018 I was in a horrible accident which led me to a search for an attorney's office willing to take my case . After being turned down by one, thankfully they referred me to Carichoff Law Group. Let me be honest and say in the beginning, I was initially assigned a particular representative who to me, appeared to show a lack of interest in the case. Communication was minimal to say the least. However, for some graceful reason I was told I'd be assigned a new person who'd oversee the case. Helen Sinitsin contacted me, introduced herself and put me more at ease with everything that was going on. Very patient and attentive; She always made herself available and showed great interest in obtaining the best results for my case. I'd have to give Helen 5 stars!
